BBC White Girl

This is a movie about a young girl that moves into a new house with her mom, lil brother and sister. There here would changes. Its a good TV movie. Besides the drama that unfolds around her mom and takes the family down roads that could destroy everything that she holds dear she finds something to believe in and brings inner pace. In it I noticed some things that converts go though. Some people have it harder then others. I was lucky that I was not kicked out of my house when I converted like some friends of mine. We all have our trills. One day I hope that my mom will except what I have done. till then bring it on.

Mohammed the last prophet

Today I went over to a nice sisters house and had a lovely time. It was brut up into conversation along with other things, a cartoon movie called Mohammed the last prophet. Now this is not the fist time the cartoon has come into conversation. It is how I learned the basics about the prophets life and the start of Islam. So here is the movie.

A Must Watch!

Here is a nice little show about Muslims in America from Aljazeera English. They have intrevews with a Muslim ambulance driver that was there on 9/11, 3 hispanic converts, Native Dean, the comedy group Allah Made Me Funny, an Muslim army person, Caption james lee army imam,  lawyer Sharif Aqill (?), Faddle a Palestinian engineer, Doctor Moja Caft (Im so miss spelling names), Doctor Lalay Backdia (sorry if anyone knows how to spell these pleas drop a line), Wallis deen Mohammed (RIP) and Nicole Queen. Even Tomes Jefferson had a Quran. If we can understand one another there is a chance for peace.
