Anne Westphal is 20 and a fashion design student in Sigmaringen (Germany). Anne told me she lives to be creative and to design fashion. It is her greatest passion. She began to draw fashion at the age of eight her dream is to become a fashion designer. I will let Anne's work speak for itself.
